I, the Applicant, submit this Researchem Account Application (“Application”) as a binding agreement between myself and any businesses that I represent, operate, own in whole or in part, or for whom I am an employee, agent, or contractor and Researchem, and/or between any patients, doctors or other medical professionals, medical facilities whether or not privately-, publicly-, or governmentally-owned and operated, and Researchem (herein, “I,” “Me,” “Myself”). As this is a binding contract, I understand that Researchem may enforce each of its terms and conditions against me, including through any action at law or equity deemed necessary by Researchem, in its sole discretion, to protect itself, and to enforce certain penalties, including monetary penalties, arising from my breach of any of the covenants contained herein. I understand that Researchem reserves the right to refuse a sale to me for any reason or no reason; that Researchem does not need to provide a reason to refuse a sale to me, including by canceling an order I have already placed; and that Researchem’s discretion in this matter is the sole controlling factor in whether or not my order is canceled or refused. I understand that none of the products in Researchem’s catalog are intended for ingestion by any person or animal; that no such products are provided to me with any warranty or representations about therapeutic, medicinal, or pharmacological affects; and warrant that I am not purchasing any products from Researchem for the purposes of diagnosing, treating, preventing, or curing any illness or condition. I further covenant that I am authorized by any applicable local law, including municipal, state, federal, provincial, territorial, and national law to purchase all of the products contained in Researchem’s catalog. I warrant that each of these representations is individually and organizationally binding upon me. I further warrant that the information following below accurately describes my identity, and that by using or accessing Researchem, I have agreed to each and every one of the terms, conditions, warranties, covenants, and representations contained in this Application. I further warrant that I have read, understand, and agree to each and every term contained in the Researchem Terms of Use.
